Dice Queen Terms of Use

1. Plain language, not legalese

We believe that terms of use should be transparent and understandable by everyone who uses our platform.Therefore, we have written this document in direct and clear language.

When you read Dice Queen, we or platform, it refers to the project and those responsible for developing Dice Queen.When you read person user or you, it refers to anyone who accesses, browses, creates an account, narrates or plays on Dice Queen.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dice Queen in any way (whether creating your account, connecting to a campaign as a player, GMing as a narrator, or exploring tools), you agree and are bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, we recommend that you do not use the platform.

3. Accounts and Security

Registration: To use advanced features, such as creating forms and managing campaigns, you must create an account with a valid email address.
Credential security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.We recommend using strong passwords.Your passwords are encrypted and cannot be read by our staff.
Authorized use: You must not share your account or attempt to access third-party accounts without appropriate authorization.

4. Intellectual Property and Its Content

Your Content is Yours

Copyright creations: All stories, character sheets, table notes, custom RPG system parameters and original content created by you remain your exclusive intellectual property.
Default privacy: Your campaigns and chips are private by default, only being shared with people you invite via room code or campaign link.

Uploading Files and Media

By uploading audios (.ogg), videos (.webm), images and maps to the campaign library, you declare that you have the necessary licenses, authorizations or non-commercial use rights for these files.
Dice Queen provides library and cloud storage tools for personal use and in RPG sessions.Dice Queen is not responsible for files uploaded by users that violate the rights of third parties.

Copyright and Notice Policy (DMCA)

We strictly respect intellectual property rights.If you are a copyright holder and identify that any material on the platform violates your rights, please contact us with the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work;
Link or exact location of the infringing material;
Your contact information and declaration of good faith.

We will analyze the notification and take the appropriate measures to quickly remove or disable access.

5. Platform Intellectual Property

All source code, software architecture, visual interfaces, logos, design elements and trademarks of Dice Queen are the property of their developers and are protected by intellectual property laws.Malicious reverse engineering, unauthorized decompilation, or unlicensed commercial distribution of the software is prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct and Coexistence

To maintain a healthy, respectful, and welcoming community, you agree to not:

Post or transmit content containing hate speech, harassment, discrimination of any kind, illegal pornography or extreme violence;
Use the platform to send unsolicited mass communications (spam) or fraudulent schemes;
Deliberately interfere with the integrity, security or availability of Dice Queen servers and networks (e.g. DDoS attacks, malicious exploitation of vulnerabilities);
Extract data from other users (data scraping / unauthorized mining).

7. Availability, Quotas and Limitations

Cloud Service: Dice Queen is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.Although we do our best to maintain high availability, the platform is subject to scheduled maintenance and instabilities inherent to the internet infrastructure.
Storage quotas: Sending files and media is subject to storage quotas and technical limits per file to ensure stability for all users.
Continuous evolution: The platform undergoes constant improvements and feature updates.

8. Closure and Termination

On your initiative: You can request the deletion of your account and data at any time in the platform settings.
By the platform: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms of Use.
