Your privacy is a fundamental priority for Dice Queen.This policy clearly explains what data we collect, why we need it, how we store it and what your rights are, in full respect of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law nº 13,709/2018) and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR).

2. What data do we collect and why?

Authentication and Account Data

Email and Display Name: Collected upon registration via email and password or federated authentication (Google Sign-In).
Purpose: Identify your account, allow secure access, recover passwords and manage your campaigns and records.

Game Data and Content

Campaigns, Chips and Parameters: Information created on your tables (chip attributes, campaign notes, viewing and stage preferences).
Uploaded Media: Images, videos (.webm) and audios (.ogg) sent to your campaign library.
Purpose: Allow RPG, VTT and audio drama playback sessions to work in real time.

Technical Data and Diagnostics

Error and Performance Logs: Anonymous records of application failures through monitoring tools (such as Sentry).
Purpose: Identify and fix bugs quickly, ensuring the stability and performance of the application.

Payment Details

Secure Intermediation: When applicable, subscription or plan transactions are processed by certified payment providers (such as Stripe).Dice Queen does not store or have access to credit card numbers.

3. Who can see your data?

Campaigns and Chips: Your campaigns and chips are private.Only the players and narrators you invite to your campaign will have access to the content shared at the table.
Passwords: Your passwords are encrypted with secure algorithms by the authentication service (Firebase Auth).No one on the Dice Queen team can view your password.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data with third parties.

We share information strictly with infrastructure services that are essential for the operation of the system:

Cloud Infrastructure (Google Cloud / Firebase): For secure data storage, real-time database and file hosting.
Monitoring and Diagnostics (Sentry): For capturing anonymous reports of software failures.
Legal Compliance: If we are formally requested by competent court order.

5. Data Storage and Security

Encryption: All communications between your browser and our servers use HTTPS/TLS encryption with high security SSL certificates.
Software Segmentation: We use strict security rules to ensure that only authorized people have access to specific campaigns and listings.

You have full control over your personal information:

Access and Confirmation: You can consult your profile data at any time in the application.
Correction: You can update your display name, profile photo and password directly in your settings area.
Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the account management options or through the support channel.

7. Privacy of Minors

Dice Queen does not intentionally collect information from minors without the supervision and consent of their parents or legal guardians.Minors under 13 (or 16 in the EU) must use the platform accompanied by responsible adults.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may improve this Privacy Policy periodically to monitor improvements and new features of Dice Queen.We will notify users through the platform of any material changes.
