1. Only human artists create real art
We deeply believe that true art is born from human experience: from experience, intention, conscious imperfection, pain, joy and the search for meaning.A machine can calculate visual or sonic probabilities and rearrange patterns based on terabytes of data, but it doesn’t feel, it doesn’t dream, and it doesn’t live.
The soul that transforms an illustration, a melody or a text into something memorable is the reflection of the artist who put his time, study and emotion into that work.
2. AI is a tool, never a replacement
We understand artificial intelligence as a support instrument, just as the calculator, spell checker, graphics tablet or random table generators have always been.It can help a narrator organize last-minute ideas, allow someone without technical resources to create a quick draft for their home desk, or speed up development prototypes.
However, a tool should never replace the protagonism, respect and appreciation of creative people in the creative process.
3. Complete banning is counterproductive
We understand the pain and legitimate revolt of the artistic community in the face of the sudden transformations that technology has brought.However, we believe that trying to ban, erase, or pretend that generative AI tools don’t exist is counterproductive, and will become increasingly ineffective over the years as these algorithms become native to the programs and systems we use every day.
The ethical and healthy path is not blind prohibition or irresponsible permissiveness, but rather absolute transparency, community education and establishment of clear and fair rules.
4. Our rules for the ecosystem and the Market
To put our values into practice on the platform and in the Community Marketplace, we have established straightforward guidelines:

All material available on the Market (be it a character image, scenery, map, music, sound effect or text) that has used artificial intelligence at any stage of its creation process must obligatorily contain and attest to the AI Use Seal.Deliberate omission of this information is subject to reporting and will result in immediate removal of the content.

No material generated entirely by AI may be sold or charged on Dice Queen. If a resource is generated 100% by AI without substantial human artistic intervention, its distribution on the platform must be strictly free (R$ 0.00).Paid content on Dice Queen will be reserved exclusively for creations with real and proven human authorship.
- Hybrid materials and packages: If AI-generated elements make up a larger adventure or campaign that contains significant human authorial creation (such as original mechanics, deep narrative, rules balancing and editing), the package may be commercialized, always keeping the mandatory AI warning visible.
🛡️ Community reporting and copyright protection
Our community has an active voice.If you identify materials in the public catalog that use AI without proper label identification, or human copyright works being infringed (including violations of copyright or OGL/ORC/Creative Commons licenses), our reporting channels will act rigorously to preserve transparency and remove non-compliant content.
