Managing attributes and resources
Control of vital resources in Dice Queen is designed to be intuitive, dynamic and free from mathematical bureaucracy during dangerous scenes.
Vital Bars (Dynamic Features)
At the top of your profile (and visible in the vitals tab), you will find bars for your character’s most important resources, such as:
- Life Points (PV): Measures physical integrity and resistance to damage.
- Effort Points or Mana (PE / MP): Used to activate class skills, cast rituals and perform special actions.
- Sanity (SAN): Fundamental resource in horror systems to measure mental stability and the impact of cosmic horrors.
How to change values quickly
- Dynamic drag (Drag bar): You can drag the bar horizontally to increase or decrease the value in an instant.
- Direct numeric input: Tap or double-click on the numbers in the bar to open the quick typing field and enter the exact value.
- Immediate visual feedback: The bar changes fill and color to indicate danger (for example, when your HP drops below a critical threshold).
Editing base attributes and maximum limits
In the settings tab or in the form’s attribute view:
- Main Attributes: Numerical fields for Strength, Dexterity, Stamina, Intelligence, etc.
- Defining maximum values: For each vital bar, you can configure the maximum value supported by the character (e.g.: Maximum Life = 35).When you recover health, it naturally respects this ceiling.
- Thematic colors: Depending on the system or class chosen, the accent color of your sheet and bars adapts to the character’s visual identity.Learn more at System Agnostic VTT.
Integration with stage and broadcast
When your token is active in a webcam space or on the game stage:
- The narrator and the audience of the live broadcast follow changes in life and health in real time.See how it works in Broadcast Mode.
