Inviting players

Getting your group together on Dice Queen is as simple as sharing a class code (similar to Google Classroom).There is no need for complex registrations via email invitation or tedious manual approvals.

Where to find the campaign code

1. Open your campaign on Dice Queen.
2. In the main top header (or people/campaign settings tab), you will see the Campaign Code highlighted (a short alphanumeric code, e.g. DQ-7X9K2).
3. Click the “Copy code” or “Copy direct access link” button.

How does the player get to the table?

Just send the code to your group (via WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram, etc.):

1. The player enters the Dice Queen home page and clicks on “Join a campaign”.
2. She types or pastes the code provided.
3. Instantly, the campaign appears in her table list and the game screen opens!

Linking the character sheet

When entering the campaign, the player can:

• Import an existing record: If a hero had already been prepared in the My Records section, simply select it.
• Create a new chip directly at the table: The system guides the creation, respecting the rules of the campaign system.

Managing participants

In the campaign participants tab, the narrator can:

• View all connected players.
• Inspect or edit each participant’s character sheets.
• Promote a trusted player to act as Auxiliary narrator.
• Remove participants who are no longer part of the table.
