Organization with tags

As a campaign grows, the amount of backgrounds, music, monsters and sound effects can exceed hundreds of files.Dice Queen’s campaign tagging system allows you to catalog and find any resource in fractions of a second.

General rules and scope of tags

• Global sharing: Tags belong to the campaign.A tag called "esgoto" or "combate" can be associated with backgrounds, music, ambiance, sound effects, tokens and scenes.
• Up to 3 tags per item: Each material can contain up to 3 tags simultaneously, without duplication.
• Name format: Up to 15 characters containing only letters (with accents), numbers and hyphens (e.g.: castelo, boss-final, npc-aliado).Spaces and special characters are not allowed.
• Automatic contrast colors: When creating a tag, the system chooses an accent color from the campaign palette and calculates whether the text should be black or white to ensure perfect readability.

Creating and associating tags

1. Quick Entry: In the tag text field for any item, type the name and press Space or Enter.The tag is created and saved instantly.
2. Quick Toggle: Clicking on any existing tag chip selects or deselects that tag for the item.
3. One-Click Remove: In the Behind the Scenes grid view, the chips are in the top left corner of the card.Clicking the chip removes the tag from that specific item without deleting it from the campaign.

Need to organize 10 cave bottoms at once?

1. Select up to 10 items in the gallery.
2. Click the “Manage tags” action button.
3. Choose the desired tags and confirm.
4. The marked tags will replace the previous tags of all selected items at once.

The real-time global tag filter

In the campaign’s main top header (and in the Stage Mode search bar), you’ll find the Active Tag Selector:

• When choosing a tag (for example, "catacumbas"), all modes (Backstage, Stage Mode, Map Mode and Soundboard) start to display in real time only the materials that have that tag!
• Show objects without tags: A check box allows you to display items with an active tag and those that do not yet have any tag registered at the same time, facilitating the curation work.
• Secure isolation: The filter only affects your visual search in the menus;it does not remove or change any element that is already active and visible on the stage broadcast to players.
