Campaign chat

The Dice Queen chat is the meeting point for all verbal and mechanical interactions at the table.More than a simple text box, it integrates the data engine, the contextual response system and privacy commands.

Key Chat Features

• Polymorphic message types: Supports common text, native dice rolls, spell casts and advanced rolls with detailed breakdown.
• Thematic visual highlight: Dice roll and spell cards receive borders highlighted with the primary color of the campaign’s active theme, drawing the group’s attention to decisive moments.
• Dynamic History: Scroll up to load old messages without slowdowns.A floating button notifies you when new messages arrive and allows you to return to the end of the conversation with one click.
• Keyboard shortcuts: Press Ctrl + Enter (or Cmd + Enter on Mac) to quickly send messages without taking your hands off the keyboard.

Reply system

Want to comment on a specific line or react to a dramatic roll?

1. Click the “Reply” button in the top corner of the message bubble (or swipe the message to the side on your cell phone).
2. A preview of the original message appears just above the typing field.
3. Type your comment and submit.
4. In the published message, the original response block is clickable: clicking on it makes the chat scroll and centers exactly the message that gave rise to that conversation!

Deleting messages

• Players can delete their own messages at any time.
• Narrators have moderation permission and can remove any message or scroll from the room to maintain session order.
