Audio settings

As audio is an essential part of immersion in Dice Queen, each participating person has full control over the sound levels received on their device.No one needs to have the narrator’s voice drowned out by very loud music!

Personal volume controls

When opening the audio settings menu (accessible via the speaker icon on the campaign screen):

1. Master volume: Controls the intensity of all sounds in the application simultaneously.
2. Music volume: Allows you to individually adjust the sound of the thematic soundtrack.If you prefer to listen to music at ambient volume while others play, simply reduce this control.
3. Ambience volume: Adjusts continuous atmospheric effects (rain, wind, murmurs).
4. Sound Effects Volume (SFX): Controls the intensity of gunshots, sword strikes and sound scares.

[!NOTE] Adjustments made in your audio panel affect only your browser or headset.They do not change the volume for other people at the table or for the live broadcast.

Tips to avoid echo in voice calls (Discord/Meet)

• We strongly recommend the use of headphones during sessions so that the microphone does not capture the sound of the music coming through the computer’s speakers.
• If you are streaming or recording, you can route browser audio to a separate track through virtual mixing software.
